以系统设计法为工具,结合生态化发展模式与可持续发展伦理观理念,在西部大中城市进行了居住实态调研和建筑环境测试,应用层次分析法(AHP)构建了具有代表性的西部地区廉租房优化设计综合评价指标体系,直观地体现了优化设计的准则,具有较强的实用性与可操作性。

Taking systematical design method as the method,combining with ecological development mode and sustainable development concept, the paper carries out practical living environment investigation and building environment in large and medium-size cities in western region,and applies AHP for constitutes comprehensive evaluation indicator system of lower-rent buildings optimizing design in representative western region, which directly embodies optimal design principles and has stronger applicability and operability.
