摘要
以某电厂的脱硝工程为背景,利用ANSYS软件建立了SCR反应器本体结构三维有限元模型,通过对结构进行模态分析,得出其振动模态、周期等动力参数,并进行了基于抗震设计规范的谱分析,对结构在地震荷载作用下的位移和应力分布特性作了探讨,提出了反应器本体结构抗震设计建议。
Taking the power plant DeNOx engineering as the background,the paper establishes three-dimensional finite element model of ontolog-ical SCR reactor structure. Through carrying out modeling analysis for the ontological structure,it obtains its structural vibration mode and cycling and dynamic parameters,carries out spectral analysis of seismic resisting design norms,explores structural displacement and stress distribution properties under seismic load action,and finally puts forward seismic resisting design suggestions of ontological reactor structure.
