摘要
以陕西韩城下峪口选煤厂原煤仓为背景,分别采用规范公式和有限元软件Midas Gen建立了筒仓有限元模型,对直径25 m预应力储煤仓仓壁的受力情况进行了计算,通过对两种方法的计算结果进行对比分析,指出规范采用无矩理论的不足,提出了预应力筒仓设计思路。
Under the background of original coal silos of Shaanxi Hancheng Xiayukou coal preparation plant, this paper respectively adopted the standard formula and finite element software Midas Gen established the silo finite element model, calculated the force situation of pre-stressed coal warehouse storage wall with 25 m diameter, through the comparison and analysis on the calculation results of two methods, pointed out that the deficiency using non-moment theory, put forward the pre-stressed concrete silo design ideas.
