摘要
为研究自攻螺钉抗拉拔性能和承载力计算方法,通过对美国AAMA T1R A9-91《金属幕墙紧固件》和美国《铝合金设计手册(2010版)》中关于自攻螺钉抗拉拔承载力计算方法的分析,并结合入槽深度分别为11,12,13,14 mm的自攻螺钉抗拉拔试验,研究自攻螺钉抗拉拔承载力计算式。研究结果表明:试验结果与按照美国标准计算方法所得结果较为相近;随着自攻螺钉入槽深度的增加,抗拉拔承载力逐渐增大。最后,基于试验和分析结果,给出抗拉拔承载力建议算式。
To study the pull-out resistance performance and calculation method of load-bearing capacity of selftapping screws,the calculation methods of load-bearing capacity of self-tapping screws in AAMA T1 R A9- 91 Metal Curtain Wall Fasteners and Aluminum Design Manual 2010 were analyzed. The experiments about pull-out resistance performance of self-tapping screws whose depth into the groove were 11 mm,12 mm,13 mm and 14 mm respectively were carried out. The problems of thermal barrier strip and lateral stiffness of notches in practical engineering were solved. The results showed that the results of experiments and those of calculation by AAMA T1 R A9- 91 matched to each other. With the increase of the depth into the groove of the self-tapping screws,the load-bearing capacity of pull-out resistance was increased. The suggested calculation formula of the load-bearing capacity of the pull-out resistance of self-tapping screws was also given.
