谈西藏拉贡机场高速公路的养护与管理

Discussion on the maintenance and management of Tibet Aragorn airport highway

结合西藏拉贡机场高速公路的地理位置及所处区域的气候条件,论述了实施公路养护与管理的必要性,从全面养护、路政管理、安全生产、生态保护四方面,提出了公路的管养措施,创造出了安全、便捷、舒适的公路通行环境。

Combining with the geographical location and climate conditions of Aragorn airport highway in Tibet,this paper elaborated the necessity implementation of highway maintenance and management,from the comprehensive maintenance,road administration,production safety,ecological protection four aspects,put forward the highway maintenance measures,to create the safe,convenient,comfortable road traffic environment.
