从施工合同、环境、经济、竣工结算方面分析了施工企业建设项目存在的主要风险,提出了规避施工企业风险的管理措施,有利于提升施工企业的综合竞争力,实现企业的可持续发展。
The paper analyzes major construction project risks of construction enterprises form aspects of construction contract, environment, economy and completion settlement, and puts forward measures of avoiding construction enterprise risks, which will be good for improving comprehensive competitiveness of construction enterprises and realizing its sustainable development.
