摘要
目的:检测长链非编码RNA UC001kfo在乳腺癌及癌旁组织中的表达水平,分析其与乳腺癌临床病理特征的相关性。方法:收集石蜡包埋的乳腺浸润性导管癌47例及癌旁组织16例,用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测lnc RNA UC001kfo的表达水平,并用统计学方法分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果:UC001kfo在乳腺癌组织中表达水平下调(P<0.001);UC001kfo低表达与高临床分期呈负相关(r=-0.319,P=0.029)。结论:UC001kfo可能在乳腺癌发生中起抑癌作用,可能成为乳腺癌诊断的分子标记物及治疗的靶基因。
Objective: The present study is aim to detect the expression of UC001kfo in breast tissues, then clarify the association between the expression of UC001kfo and the clini cancer tissues and normal copathological parameters of breast cancer patients. Methods: Forty-seven cases of invasive ductal carcinoma tissues and sixteen cases of adjacent no-tumor tissues which were fomalin-fixed, paraffin embedded (FFPE) were collected. The expressions of UC001 kfo in these tissues were detected by using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Simultaneousl the correlation between the expression of the lncRNAs and the clinicopathocogical features of patients was analyzed by statistical methods. Results: The expression level of UC001kfo in breast cancer tissues significantly decreased as compared to that in the adjacent non-tumor tissues (P〈0.001), low UC001kfo was correlated with advanced clinical stage (r=-0.319, P=0.029). Conclusion: UC001kfo may be regarded as a tumor suppressor in breast cancer and become a diagnosis marker and potential therapeutic target for breast cancer
