摘要
经验是有机体与环境的相互作用,是个体生命为了自身的延续与生长而与周遭环境的持续互动与适应。在这种互动与适应中,生命进行着能量与信息的新陈代谢,表现为经验的生成与更新。儿童的经验是基于原有经验,在与他人、与环境互动中主动建构生成的。儿童的已有经验是经验生成基础,互动性环境是经验生成资源,互动性他人是经验生成助力。儿童经验的生成之道便是教育的自然之道,教育应顺其自然而为之。
Experience is the interaction between organism and environment. It is individual continuous interaction and adaption with environment in order to continue and grow. In the interaction and adaptation, life is conducting the metabolism of energy and information, which is shown as the generation and updates of experience. Children's experience is based on the existing experience and constructed in the process of interaction with others and environment. Previous experience is the basis of experience generation. Interactive environment is the resource of experience generation. Interactive others are the generation engine. The way of generation of children's experience is the natural way of education. Education should go with the flow.
