摘要
目的研究江南大学附属医院(以下简称“我院”)2014年1月。2015年6月发生的214例药品不良反应(ADR)的发生规律与特点,以便提高ADR监测水平,确保患者的用药安全。方法对我院上报国家药品不良反应监测网的214例ADR报告,从患者的年龄、性别、给药途径、药品种类、涉及药品、累及器官或系统及不良反应名称、上报人职业等方面,进行回顾性统计与分析。结果我院ADR报告中,40~〈70岁患者较多,共140例(65.4%);女性123例,占57.48%,明显高于男性患者(91例,42.52%);引发ADR的药品包含13类、93个品种,其中抗肿瘤药22个品种(23.66%),居首位;同时抗肿瘤药ADR上报例数最多,共198例(58.24%);ADR累及器官或系统共12类,以血液系统损害最多见,共93例(36.90%)。ADR上报人职业以医师和药师为主,医师占49.53%,药师占47.66%。结论我院的ADR有其自身的特点,医护人员应重视ADR的监测,认真并及时完成ADR的填写与上报,为合理用药与患者安全提供保障。
Objective To study the occurrence regularity and characteristics of 214 cases of adverse drug reaction (ADR) occurred in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University ("our hospital" for short) from January 2014 to June 2015, so as to improve the level of ADR monitoring and ensure the safety of patients. Methods 214 cases of ADR collected from the National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Network reported by our hospital were analyzed retrospectively and statistically in aspects of age, gender, route of administration, drug variety, organs or systems and names of adverse reaction, occupation of reporting people involved in ADR. Results There were 140 cases (65.4%) of aged 40- 〈70 in our hospital, female accounted for higher proportion (123 cases, 57.48%) than male (91 cases, 42.52%). There were 13 classes, 93 varieties drugs involved in ADR, in which antitumor drugs classes ranked the first, including 22 varieties (23.66%); while the number of antitumor drugs ADR was the most, accounting for 198 cases (58.24%). ADR involved 12 classes of organs or systems, the hematological system damage was the most common (93 cases, 36.90%). Doctors and pharmacists were the most reportperson, accounting for 49.53% and 47.66%. Conclusion ADR of our Hospital has its own characteristics. Health care workers should pay attention to the monitoring of ADR and fill in and report ADR carefully and timely to provide security for the rational drugs use and patients.
