我院儿科门诊处方点评及用药合理性分析

Comment on prescription in pediatric outpatient unit in our hospital and analysis of medication rationality

目的通过对阜新市第二人民医院（以下简称“我院”）儿科门诊处方进行点评，对药物使用的合理性进行分析，以期提高临床合理用药水平。方法采用回顾性分析方法，收集我院儿科门诊2014年1~6月的3267张门诊处方，对其用药情况进行分析。结果处方合格率为89．2％，不合格处方有352张，占总处方数的10．8％，其中，不规范处方占50．57％（178张），不适宜处方占49．43％（174张）。使用抗菌药物处方为2041张，占总数的62．5％；在给药途径方面，涉及静脉输液处方1142张，占56．0％，口服占44．0％。单药使用处方为1815张，占总抗菌药物处方的88．92％；二药联用处方226张，占11．08％。每张处方的平均药品品种数为2．25种，基本药物的平均品种数为1．45种。结论门诊处方基本合理，但仍有不足之处，需要药师不断加强专业知识的学习，加大《处方管理办法》的实施力度，提高临床合理用药水平。

Objective To analyze the rationality of drug use in order to improve the clinical rational drug use by reviewing the prescription of outpatient department of pediatrics in the Second People＇s Hospital of Fuxin City （＂our hospital＂ for short）. Methods 3267 prescriptions of our hospital from January 2014 to June 2014 were collected by a retrospective analysis method, and the drug use was analyzed. Results The qualified rate of the prescriptions was 89.2%, while the number of unreasonable prescriptions was 352, accounted for 10.8% of the total number of prescriptions. Non-standard prescriptions accounted for 50.57% （178）, and inappropriate prescriptions accounted for 49.43% （174）. In the route of administration, intravenous transfusion prescriptions accounted for 56.0% （1142）, while oral administrations accounted for 44.0%. Single drug prescriptions accounted for 88.92% （1815） of the total prescriptions; Two drug formu- lations accounted for 11.08% （226）. The average number of drugs per prescription was 2.25, and the average number of drugs was 1.45. Conclusion The outpatient prescriptions are basically reasonable, but there are still shortcomings, which need pharmacists to strengthen professional knowledge learning, increase the implementation of ＂prescription management method＂ and improve the clinical rational use of drugs.
