综合护理在耳鼻喉科住院患者中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing care in Ear-Nose-Throat Depart-ment inpatients

目的探讨综合护理对耳鼻喉科住院患者的影响。方法选取2014年1月～2015年1月于山东省临沂市人民医院耳鼻喉科住院患者160例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，各80例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用综合护理措施。比较分析两组患者护理前后的焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分、治疗效果、住院时间及护理满意度。结果观察组护理后SAS和SDS评分均明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组治愈率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组住院时间显著短于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论对耳鼻喉科住院患者采用综合性的护理措施，有助于改善疗效，缩短住院时间，提高满意度，值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing care on Ear-Nose-Throat Department inpatients. Methods One hundred and sixty cases of inpatients in Ear-Nose-Throat Department of the People＇s Hospital of Linyi City from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group, each group had 80 cases. Patients in the control group were given usual nursing care, patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing care. The self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） scores, therapeutic effect, hospital stay and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, the cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, the hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing care for Ear-Nose-Throat Department inpatients can improve the curative effect, reduce the hospital stay, enhance patients satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
