社会办医利国利民,既是发展所需,也是改革所向。长沙社会办医发展迅速,政府全力支持,部门监管到位,医院服务提升,业务不断增长,总体情况较好,但也有一些不足。伴随经济社会发展,政府必须要加快社会办医的步伐,优化公立医疗机构与社会医疗机构共同组成的医疗体系结构,打破阻碍社会医疗机构发展的关键瓶颈,推动医改工作不断深入进行。本研究调查分析长沙市社会办医的基本情况,为政府深化医药卫生体制改革循证决策提供参考依据。

Social medical are benefit the nation and the people, and both necessary to the development and reform. Changsha social medical has rapid development, with the support of government, department regulations in place, the hospital service promotion, business growing, the overall situation is good, but there are also some shortcomings. Along with the economic and social development, the government must accelerate the pace of social medical, optimize the public medical institutions and social medical institutions of medical treatment system structure, break the key bottleneck hindering the development of the social medical institutions, promote the deepening health reform work. This study authors has given the investigation and analysis of basic situation in changsha social medical, to provide a reference for the government and make evidence-based decision in deeping reform of the medicine and health care system.
