青鹏软膏基质处方的优选及稳定性考察

Study on Optimum Qingpeng Ointment Base Formula and Its Stability

目的:优化青鹏软膏的制备工艺。方法:以外观性状及稳定性为指标,采用正交试验对基质处方进行了优选,同时筛选药粉与基质的混合时间,优化了青鹏软膏的制备工艺。结果:优选的青鹏软膏基质处方为:硬脂酸75g,单硬脂酸甘油酯9g,轻质液体石蜡9g为油相;氢氧化钾9g,甘油80g,尼泊金乙酯3g,纯化水680ml为水相;两相基质搅拌混匀后加入药物搅拌30min。结论:优选的青鹏软膏制备工艺简便、合理,制得的软膏外观色泽佳,皮肤感觉良好,质量稳定。

Objectives To optimize the preparation technology of Qingpeng Ointment. Methods Using the external appearance forms and the stability as evaluation indexes, matrix formulation was optimized byorthogonal test, meanwhile the mixing time of powder with matrix was screened. Results Optimization of ointment matrix prescription as follows： the oil phase was including Stearic acid 75g, glycerol monostearate 9g, light liquid paraffin 9g; the water phase was including potassium hydroxide 9g, glycerin 80g, ethylparaben 3g, purified water 680ml; two - phase matrix mixed 30 min and stired 30 min after the powder joined into the matrix. Conclusions Optimization of Qingpeng Ointment preparation technology was simple and reasonable, and the product has good appearance, favorable skin feels and stable quality.
