中西医联合用药治疗冠心病40例临床观察

Chinese and Western medicine combination therapy clinical observation of 40 cases of coronary heart disease

目的:观察中西医联合用药治疗冠心病的临床治疗效果。方法:选取80例冠心病患者,将其平均分成西医组和中西医结合组,每组40例。西医组患者进行常规西医治疗,给予患者单硝酸异山梨酯片口服;中西医结合组患者在西医治疗的基础上进行中医治疗,口服中药桃红四物汤加减。对比分析两组的临床治疗效果。结果:中西医结合组治疗总有效率为97.5%,明显高于西医组的75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组心电图情况,中西医结合组治疗总有效率为95%,明显高于西医组75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医联合用药治疗冠心病疗效确切,是治疗冠心病的有效方法,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Western medicine combination therapy of coronary heart disease. Methods in our hospital, 80 cases of coronary heart disease patients, which were randomized into treatment group average and combination groups of 40 cases, treatment group patients with routine therapy, integrative medicine group were based on Western medicine TCM treatment on comparative analysis of clinical treatment groups. Results Integrative group total effective rate was 97. 5%, significantly higher than 75% of Western group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment, electrocardiogram, the Integrative Medicine group total effective rate was significantly higher than the Western group of 95% to 75%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The combination therapy of coronary heart disease in Western medicine is effective, is an effective treatment of coronary heart disease, worthy of promotion.
