军医大学临床医学专业学位研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训“双轨合一”的探索与思考

Exploring and Thinking of “Double-track Integration” for Postgraduate Students With Professional Degree in Clinical Medicine Science and the Standardized Training for Resident Doctors in Military Medical University

临床医学专业学位研究生教育和住院医师规范化培训"双轨合一"工作已经全面展开。本文以第四军医大学在推进"双轨合一"工作中采取的有效举措为例,浅要分析新政策实施过程中所面临的问题与对策,以期为相应院校今后研究生培养工作提供一定的参考依据。

The work of "Double-track Integration" for postgraduate students with professional degree in clinical medicine and the standardized training for resident doctors has been comprehensively carried out. In this article, the effective measure in "double-track Integration" of forth military medical university was taken as an example to analyze the problem and countermeasure existed in carrying out, in order to provide certain reference for the future work of graduate student training for similar institutions.
