医养结合养老服务模式探究

To Explore the Service Mode of Combination of Medical Care and Elderly Care

本文以河南省洛阳市市区开展医养结合新型养老模式机构为研究对象,应用自编的调查问卷、访谈法和实证调查,采用定性和定量的方法进行实地调研,调查发现医养结合新型养老模式优势明显,一定程度上解决了入住人员就医问题,但存在床位少、收费偏高、医护配置低、护工服务能力差等影响和制约医养结合养老模式的因素,并针对存在的问题和原因提出了政策建议。

Elderly care institutions in luoyang were investigated as the object study, the service mode of all these institutions is combination of medical care and elderly care. We carried out the interview and empirical investigation with self-made questionnaire, qualitative and quantitative analysis method were used in the data analysis. We found significant advantages in mode of combination of medical care and elderly care, to some extent, this mode solved the problem of medical care for the elders; there are still many factors restricted this mode, such as lack of beds, high charge, low medical configuration and poor ability for elderly care, based on this and put forward the policy suggestions in our study.
