摘要
目的 探讨腹部感染性外科疾病合并严重腹腔感染在基层医院的临床救治方法 与治疗效果.方法 分析我院1999年1月～2015年9月收治的腹部感染性外科疾病中合并腹腔严重感染患者286例的临床病历资料.结果 治愈266例,转上级医院4例,放弃2例,死亡14例.结论 早期诊断,及时手术、同时使用抗生素与液体治疗、营养支持是救治腹部感染性外科疾病合并腹腔严重感染的主要方法 .不仅能够及早干预控制腹部感染性疾病及其合并的腹腔严重感染,而且对感染性休克及多器官功能障碍也起到积极的防治作用.
Objective To investigate the surgical diseases of abdominal infection with severe abdominal infection in the primary hospital clinical treatment methods and treatment.Methods Selected 286 cases with abdominal infectious diseases combine with abdominal surgical infections severe clinical medical records from January 1999 to September 2015 in our hospital.Results 266 cases were cured, turn higher hospital 4 cases, give up 2 cases, 14 deaths.Conclusion Early diagnosis and surgery, antibiotics and lfuid therapy simultaneously, nutritional support several measures are the main method of surgical treatment of abdominal infectious diseases with abdominal serious infections. Early intervention can not only control the abdominal infections and severe abdominal infection merger, and septic shock and multiple organ dysfunction also plays an active role in prevention and treatment.
