探讨正畸修复联合治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者的临床效果

To Investigate the Clinical Effect of Orthodontic Combine With Repair in Treatment of Patients With Dentition Defect and Dental Deformity

目的 分析正畸修复联合治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者的临床效果.方法 选取本院2012年10月～2013年10月收治的牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者36例作为研究对象,将其根据患者治疗方案的选择分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用直接修复治疗,观察组在正畸的基础上进行修复治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果 对比两组患者临床疗效,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 正畸修复联合治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者,有显著疗效.

Objective To analysis the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment combined with the treatment of patients with dentition defect. Methods Selected 36 cases of patients with tooth and jaw deformity from October 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital as the research object, were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with direct repair. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. Conclusion Orthodontic treatment combined with the treatment of dentition defect with tooth and jaw deformity.
