DSA引导下靶点射频热凝联合臭氧消融治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用

The Clinical Application of Radiofrequency Ablation Combine With Ozone Ablation in Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation by DSA Guided Target

目的探讨DSA引导下靶点射频热凝联合臭氧消融治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法按照随机对照原则将我院收治的66例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为观察组与对照组,每组33例,两组患者均在DSA引导下行靶点射频热凝治疗,观察组在此基础上联合应用臭氧消融治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的模拟视觉疼痛评分(VAS),同时对两组患者的疼痛控制效果进行评价。结果观察组治疗后VAS评分为(2.4±0.7)分,低于对照组的(3.6±0.5)分,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组镇痛效果优良率90.9%,高于对照组74.5%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。两组患者治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论 DSA引导下靶点射频热凝联合臭氧消融治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效确切,是一种理想的临床治疗方案。

Objective To explor the guide the clinical therapeutic effect of radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone ablation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by DSA guided target.Methods Selected 66 patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 33 cases, two groups of patients were guided by DSA guided radiofrequency ablation treatment, the observation group were combined with ozone ablation treatment. To observe the simulated visual pain score （VAS） of two groups of patients, and evaluate the effect of pain control in two groups.Results Aafter treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was （2.4±0.7）, which was lower than that the control group （3.6±0.5）,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. The analgesic effect of observation group was 90.9%, which was higher than the control group,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. There was no obvious adverse reaction during the treatment of the two groups of patients.Conclusion DSA guided radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone ablation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is an ideal clinical treatment.
