探讨病房集体饮食教育对2型糖尿病患者餐后血糖情况的影响

To Explore the Effect of Ward Collective Diet Education of Postprandial Blood Glucose in Patients With Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨病房集体饮食教育对2型糖尿病患者餐后血糖的影响。方法选取我院接收的2型糖尿病患者84例作为研究对象,将患者分为对照组与观察组,各42例,对照组给予常规饮食知识教育,观察组采取病房集体饮食教育,对比两组患者血糖改善情况。结果观察组空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖改善效果优于对照组与干预前,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 2型糖尿病患者应用病房集体饮食教育,能够改善患者饮食依从性,平稳控制餐后血糖。

Objective To investigate the ward collective diet education postprandial blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Selected 84 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus receiving in our as the research object, all the patients were divided into control group and observation group on average, each group had 42 cases, the control group given conventional diet knowledge education, the observation group to ward the collective diet education, compared two groups of patients with blood sugar levels to improve the situation.Results The observation group fasting plasma glucose and the postprandial blood glucose 2 hours improvement effect was better than the control group and intervention,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes used ward collective diet education, can improve patient adherence to diet, smooth postprandial blood sugar control.
