肝硬化腹水并发低钠血症临床治疗研究

目的分析肝硬化腹水并发低钠血症临床治疗。方法回顾分析39例肝硬化腹水并发低钠血症临床资料。结果随着低钠血症程度增加,患者死亡率升高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。与治疗前相比,治疗后不同程度肝硬化腹水合并低钠血症患者尿量增加,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。肌酐水平降低,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论肝硬化腹水容易出现低钠血症,低钠血症的程度会对肝硬化腹水治疗效果产生影响,在肝硬化腹水治疗同时注意防治低钠血症。
