摘要
目的探讨低分子肝素治疗老年慢阻肺合并肺心病急性发作期临床疗效。方法选取我院老年慢阻肺合并肺心病患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在其基础上加以低分子肝素注射治疗,两组均治疗7 d,观察两组患者治疗前后血气分析及疗效的差异。结果观察组的血气分析和治疗总有效率优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论低分子肝素治疗老年慢阻肺合并肺心病急性发作期。
Objective To explore the curative effect of low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of elderly COPD patients complicated with pulmonary heart disease at acute episode.Methods Selected 100 elderly COPD patients complicated with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group had 50 cases, the control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was additionally treated with low molecular weight heparin injection 7 days, the difference of blood gas analysis and curative effect was compared before and after treatment between the two groups. Results The observation group improvement of blood gas analysis and curative effect was more pronounced than the control group,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin has certain curative effect in the treatment of elderly COPD patients complicated with pulmonary heart disease.
