摘要
目的分析小梁切除手术后口服弥可保治疗晚期青光眼的临床疗效。方法将我院眼科收治的50例(65眼)患者随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用小梁切除术治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加服弥可保治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果术后两组患者眼压控制率相比治疗前改善,而两组相比差异不显著;术后研究组视功能改善情况优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对于晚期青光眼患者采用小梁切除术后口服弥可保治疗,改善视功能,提高临床疗效。
Objective Analysis the effect of methycobal on in patients with advanced glaucoma after trabeculectomy.Methods Selected 50 patients （65 eyes） were randomly divided into the research group and the control group, the control group were treated with trabeculectomy, the research group were based on the additional services methycobal treatment, compared the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results Two patients with postoperative intraocular pressure control rates compared to the previous treatment were improved, and compared the two groups was not different, the research group postoperative visual function improvement was better than the control group,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion For patients with advanced glaucoma after trabeculectomy mecobalamin oral treatment, improvement of visual function and clinical outcomes.
