多种微量元素注射液(Ⅰ)防治小儿反复上呼吸道感染的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨多种微量元素注射液(Ⅰ)防治小儿反复上呼吸道感染的临床疗效.方法 选取我院2014年2月~2015年1月收治的200例小儿上呼吸道感染的患儿作为研究对象,根据简单抽签法将其分成例数相同的两组,对照组采用传统治疗方法 ,观察组采传统治疗基础上采用多种微量元素注射液(Ⅰ)治疗,对两组的临床总疗效、免疫功能、药物安全性等进行评估.结果 观察组总效率94.0%,优于对照组75.0%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.观察组治疗后IgG、IgA等指标高于治疗前和对照组治疗后,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.观察组治疗后CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8等指标与治疗前和对照组治疗后比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,两组患儿均无不良反应情况发生.结论 临床对反复上呼吸道感染患儿运用多种微量元素注射液(Ⅰ)进行防治有可靠疗效,且安全性较好. Objective To investigate the clinical effect of a variety of trace elements (Ⅰ) in treatment of recurrent upper respiratory tract infections in children.Methods Selected 200 children with upper respiratory tract infection from February 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital as the research object. According to the simple drawing method, were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, the observation group basis on the control grop conventional treatment were adopt the multiple microelement (Ⅰ)injection, the clinical total efficacy, immune function and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was better than the control group 75%, the difference between the two groups,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. the IgG and IgA in the observation group were higher than the control group,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance.the CD3,CD4, CD4/CD8 and other indicators in the treatment group were higher than the control group,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion The clinical application of multiple microelement injection (Ⅰ) in treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection has reliable efficacy, and the safety is good.
