苯巴比妥与地西泮联合治疗小儿惊厥的疗效观察

Observation Curative Effect of Phenobarbital Combine With Diazepam in Treatment of Infantile Convulsion

目的分析苯巴比妥与地西泮联合治疗小儿惊厥的疗效。方法将72例惊厥患儿随机分为两组,各36例,对照组给予苯巴比妥治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用地西泮治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,6个月内复发率低于对照组。结论苯巴比妥联合地西泮对小儿惊厥有良好的治疗效果,起效迅速且安全性高。

Objective Analysis curative effect of phenobarbital combine with diazepam in treatment of infantile convulsion.Methods Selceted 72 cases of children with convulsions were randomly divided into two groups, each group had 36 cases, the control group given phenobarbital treatment, the observation group in the control group on the basis of diazepam and land treatment, compared curative of effect two groups.Results The treatment group total effect was higher than the control group, the recurrence rate was lower than the control group after 6 months.Conclusion Phenobarbital combine with diazepam in treatment of infantile convulsions have good effect, more quickly and high safety.
