克霉唑联合氟康唑治疗念珠性阴道炎的临床疗效观察

Observation Clinical Curative Effect of Clotrimazole Combine With Fluconazole in Treatment of Monilial Vaginitis

目的探讨克霉唑联合氟康唑治疗治疗念珠性阴道炎的治疗效果。方法选择我院收治的114例念珠性阴道炎患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组使用克霉唑阴道栓进行治疗,治疗组使用克霉唑联合氟康唑进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,且治疗后治疗组患者的复发率低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论克霉唑联合氟康唑治疗治疗念珠性阴道炎治疗效果较好,安全性高。

Objective To investigate clinical curative effect of Clotrimazole combine with fluconazole in treatment of monilial vaginitis.Methods Selected 114 monilial vaginitis patients in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the treatment groups. The control group of patients used clotrimazole vaginal suppository treatment, the treatment group patients treated with clotrimazole and fluconazole. Compared thetherapeutic effect after treatmen of two groups.Results The treatment group＆#39;s total efficiency were higher than the control group. And the relapse rate after treatment in treatment group were lower than the control group patients,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. Conclusion Combined clotrimazole with fluconazole therapy of monilial vaginitis is better and more safe.
