六君子汤治疗小儿肺炎临床效果评价

Evaluation Clinical Effectiveness of Liujunzi Decoction in Treatment of Infantile Pneumonia

目的 探讨六君子汤对于小儿肺炎的临床治疗效果.方法 将2014年6月～2015年5月于我院就诊的88例肺炎患儿作为观察对象,通过电脑随机分组的方式将其分为实验组和对照组,各44例.对照组采取常规的治疗方法 、实验组在对照组基础上使用六君子汤治疗,分析对比两组患儿的临床疗效.结果 实验组临床治疗有效率高于对照组,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义;同时实验组主要临床症状消失例数多于对照组,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 在常规西药治疗的基础上辅以六君子汤,对于小儿肺炎具有较好的疗效,能够快速改善患儿的症状、缓解痛苦.

Objective To analysis clinical effectiveness of liujunzi decoction in treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods Selected 88 cases of children with pneumonia from June 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital as research object, through the computer random grouping, were divided into the experimental group and the control grou, each group had 44 cases. The control group treated with conventional method, the experimental group in the control group on the basis of used liujunzi decoction treatment. Compared the clinical curative effect of two groups of children.Results The clinical treatment efficiency of children was higher than the control group,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. At the same time, the experimental group with the main clinical symptoms disappeared cases more than the control group,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment with liujunzi decoction, which has good curative effect and quickly improve symptoms and relieve the pain of children, deserves further research.
