针灸与化瘀涤痰汤结合治疗中风后遗症的治疗效果观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Combine With Dispersing Blood Stasis and Phlegm Decoction in Treatment of Sequelae of Apoplexy

目的分析针灸与化瘀涤痰汤结合治疗中风后遗症的效果。方法将95例中风后遗症患者分为两组,对照组经化瘀涤痰汤治疗,治疗组经化瘀涤痰汤联合针灸治疗。结果治疗组总有效率96.2%,高于对照组总有效率73.8%,治疗后ADL评分高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论针灸与化瘀涤痰汤结合治疗中风后遗症效果显著。

Objective To analysis the clinical effect of acupuncture combine with blood stasis and phlegm decoction in treating the sequelae of apoplexy.Methods Selected 95 patients with stroke sequela were divided into two groups, the control group by blood polyester phlegm decoction, the treatment group with blood polyester phlegm decoction combined acupuncture treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.2% higher than the control group, the total effective rate was 73.8%, and the ADL score after treatment was higher than the control group,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with removing blood stasis and phlegm decoction combined with the treatment of stroke sequelae.
