观察肾康注射液联合用药治疗肾小球肾炎合并急性间质性肾炎的临床效果

Observation Clinical Effect of Shenkang Injection Drug Combination in Treatment of Glomerulonephritis Combine With Acute Interstitial Nephritis

目的 观察肾康注射液联合用药治疗肾小球肾炎合并急性间质肾炎的临床效果.方法 选取2012年3月～2015年3月我院收治的肾小球肾炎合并急性间质性肾炎患者40例,随机将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组20例.对照组实施常规治疗,观察组以肾康注射液联合泼尼松及冬虫夏草进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果.结果 观察组与对照组的治疗总有效率分别为85%、75%,观察组与对照组的住院时间分别为（13＆#177;2.0）d、（15＆#177;3.0）d,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 肾康注射液联合用药治疗肾小球肾炎合并急性间质肾炎临床效果显著,同时可缩短住院时间,减轻患者的精神压力与经济压力.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combined treatment of renal Kang Injection in the treatment of acute nephritis with glomerulonephritis.Methods Selected 40 patients with acute interstitial nephritis from March 2012 to March 2015 in our hospital, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 20 cases. The control group received the conventional treatment, observation group in shenkang Injection combined with prednisone and cordyceps treatment, compared therapeutic effect of two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and teh control group were 85% and 75%, the hospitalization time of observation group and control group were （13＆#177;2.0） days and （15＆#177;3.0） days,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion The clinical effect of the combined treatment of renal kang Injection combined with the treatment of glomerulonephritis with acute interstitial nephritis is significant, and can shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce the patient＆#39;s mental pressure and economic pressure.
