中西医结合对带状疱疹性疼痛的疗效分析

Analysis Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Combine Western Medicine in Aching of Herpes Zoster

目的 分析中西医结合治疗带状疱疹性疼痛疗效,寻找最佳的中西医治疗方式.方法 选取2013年3月～2014年4月于我院就诊的92例带状疱疹性疼痛患者临床病例进行分析,对比西医西药治疗（观察组）和中西医结合治疗（对照组）的疗效.结果 中西医结合治疗治愈率为93.5%,西医西药治疗方式治愈率为76.1%,案例选取差异,P＞0.05,差异不具有统计学意义,疗效对比,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 中西医结合治疗带状疱疹性疼痛比西医西药更具效果.

Objective To analysis the cooperation of Chinese and western medicine in treatment of herpes zoster pain curative effect, finding the best way of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.Methods Selected 92 patients with herpes zoster pain from March 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital were analyzed, compared with western medicine, the observation group, and western medicine treatment the curative effect of combined Chinese and western medicine treatment, control group.Results Traditional Chinese combine with western medicine in treatment of the cure rate was 93.5%, the western medicine western medicine treatment cure rate was 76.1%,P〉0.05, was no difference had statistically significance. Compared the curative effect comparison principle,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of herpes zoster pain more effect than western medicine western medicine.
