护理干预对预防下肢骨折手术后深静脉血栓形成的作用

The Function of Nursing Intervention to Prevent the Lower Limb Fractures in Deep Venous Thrombosis After the Operation

目的 探讨预防下肢骨折手术后深静脉血栓形成的护理干预措施.方法 对2013年1月～2015年8月在我院接受治疗的68例下肢骨折患者进行临床的相关研究,按照是否接受有效护理干预分为观察组和对照组,每组34例,对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组进行常规护理加有针对性的护理干预,分析两组患者的效果.结果 观察组患者发生深静脉血栓与对照组比较,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 对下肢骨折手术患者实施有针对性的护理干预的效果较好,可减少术后深静脉血栓的形成,有助于患者的术后恢复.

Objective To study the prevention of lower limb fractures in deep venous thrombosis after the operation of the nursing intervention measures.Methods Selected 68 patients with fracture of lower limb from January 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital, according to whether to accept the effective nursing intervention were divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 34 cases, the control group with routine nursing intervention, the observation group with routine nursing and targeted nursing intervention, analyzed the effect of two groups.Results Compared deep vein thrombosis occurred with the observation group and the control group,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. Conclusion Patients with lower limb fracture surgery to implement targeted nursing intervention effect is good, which could reduce the formation of postoperative deep vein thrombosis, postoperative recovery of patients.
