优质化护理在预防麻疹患者并发症中的效果观察

Observation Effect of High Quality Nursing in Prevention Complications of Patients With Measles

目的探讨优质化护理在预防麻疹患者并发症中的临床效果。方法将90例麻疹患者分为研究组与对照组,对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组给予优质化护理干预,对比分析两组并发症发生情况和患者护理满意度。结果研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论优质化护理在预防麻疹患者并发症中有着较好的应用效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of high quality nursing in the prevention of complications of measles patients.Methods Selected 90 cases of measles patients were divided into the study group and the control group, the control group received routine nursing intervention, while the research group was given high quality nursing intervention, the two groups were compared with the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than the control group,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. the nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than the control group ,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. Conclusion High quality nursing in the prevention of the complications of measles patients have a better effect.
