The Experience of 60 Cases Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients With Nursing Basic

目的 探讨急性心肌梗死患者行基础护理体会.方法 选取我院2013年12月～2015年2月所收治的60例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,给予患者实施入院指导、心理护理干预、手术护理配合和康复护理指导等基础护理,统计死亡率,并对比护理前后BNP、CRP、IL-6、IL-8等指标.结果 经过护理,所有患者存活.无一例死亡.对比护理前后BNP、CRP、IL-6、IL-8等指标,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 实施良好的基础护理干预可以有效改善急性心肌梗死患者的预后,减少死亡率,且能够改善患者临床症状,在急性心肌梗死急救过程应注重基础护理.

Objective To investigate the nursing experience in acute myocardial infarction patients line basis.Methods Selected 60 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients from December 2013 to February 2015 as the research object, to guide the implementation of hospital patients, psychological nursing, surgical nursing and rehabilitation nursing instruction such as primary care, patient mortality statistics, and contrast nursing before and after the BNP, CRP, IL-6, IL-8 indexes, et al.Results After nursing, all patients survived. With no deaths. Nursing after the BNP and CRP, IL-6, IL-8 indicators such as comparison results were differences with before treatment,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Basic nursing intervention can improving the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction patients, reduce mortality rates, and patients can improve clinical symptoms, so emergency process should pay attention to basic nursing acute myocardial infarction.
