子宫破裂患者手术室急救护理探析

To Explore the Operating Room Emergency Care of Patients With Hysterorrhexis

目的 探究子宫破裂患者在手术室急救时应采取的护理措施和效果.方法 选取2014年4月～2015年7月收治的52例子宫破裂患者手术室给予急救护理,实验组30例接受综合护理,对照组22例选择常规护理,比较患者的护理效果.结果 实验组护理满意度为93.33%,对照组护理满意度为81.82%,实验组满意度高于对照组,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 子宫破裂患者在手术室急救时接受综合护理,能够准确评估病情,做好术前准备,进行良好的手术配合,增加救治的成功率.

Objective To explore the uterine rupture patient should take care in the operating room emergency measures and effects.Methods Selected 52 cases of uterine rupture patient operating room to give emergency care from April 2014 to July 2015 in our hosptial, randomly divided into the experimental group had 30 patients received comprehensive care, 22 patients in the control group selected routine care, more patient care effect. Results The experimental group patient care satisfaction was 93.33%, the control group patient care satisfaction was 81.82%, the experimental group patient satisfaction was higher than the control group,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Uterine rupture patients receiving comprehensive care at the emergency operating room, it is possible to accurately assess the disease, preoperative preparation, surgery performed good fit, increase the success rate of treatment.
