摘要
探讨优质护理在心内科的应用措施,通过自设的问卷调查法,调查附属医院心内科患者和家属的满意度,研究结果显示,心内科在注重基础护理的同时,添加人性化优质护理服务,对提高护理人员的整体素质、护理工作的质量和患者的满意度有重大影响,在医院开展优质的护理服务,能增强护士的责任感,降低护患纠纷。
To investigate the nursing care measures in the application of in department of cardiology, according to the questionnaire design, survey of patients and their families in the department of cardiology, which addition the basic nursing in department of cardiology, there were humanized nursing service, have a major impact on to improve the overall quality of nursing staff, nursing quality and patient satisfaction. It is necessary to carry out best quality nursing service in the hospital, which could enhance the nurse's sense of responsibility, reduce the nurse patient disputes.
