摘要
目的：优选通塞益脑口服液的水提醇沉工艺条件。方法：采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法检测指标成分阿魏酸．通过正交试验考察水提过程中加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数对药材中阿魏酸含量的影响；以有效成分转移率和药液澄明度为指标，采用单因素实验考查醇沉工艺的最佳乙醇浓度，根据实验结果确定最佳的提取工艺。结论：该优选工艺重现性好，阿魏酸提取率高，达到了工艺优化的目的。
