异舒吉治疗急性心肌梗死合并急性左心衰的临床分析

目的：分析异舒吉治疗急性心肌梗死合并急性左心衰的临床效果。方法：本次研究的病例为2013年3月至2015年6月我院急性心肌梗死合并急性左心衰患者100例。根据随机分组方法分Ⅰ组50例和Ⅱ组50例。均实施常规治疗，同时，Ⅰ组给予硝酸甘油，Ⅱ组给予异舒吉，对比疗效、干预前后两组BNP和LVEF的变化。结果：Ⅱ组疗效高于Ⅰ组．BNP和LVEF改善优于l组（p〈0．05）。结论异舒吉治疗急性心肌梗死合并急性左心衰的临床效果确切，可显著降低BNP水平，改善患者心功能，值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acute myocardial infarction with acute left heart failure, Methods 100 cases of acute myocardial infarction complicated with acute left heart failure in our hospital from June 2015 to March 2013. According to the random grouping method, 50 cases in I group and 50 cases in II group. Routine treatment was carried out, while the I group was given nitroglycerin, and the II group was treated with LVEF and BNP. Results the effect oflI group was higher than that of I group, and BNP and LVEF were better than those in I group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion the clinical effect of treating acute myocardial infarction with acute left heart failure is effective, can significantly reduce the level of BNP, improve the patient＇s heart function, it is worth promoting.
