摘要
采用激光焊机对放射性种子源源芯焊封条件进行了研究,研究了激光焊机的脉宽、电流、输出功率、保护气等参数对焊接效果的影响,得到了激光焊封放射性种子源钛管的优化工艺参数,能够获得密封性好、表面光滑无毛刺的种子源。
In this paper, the conditions of laser welding of radioactive seedsas well as stream core welding and sealing were studied.We studied the influence of the pulse width, current, output power, and the shielding gas parameters of the laser welding machine,andhave obtained the optimized process parameters of the titanium tube of the laser welding sealed radioactive seed source. Finally, we can obtainthe radioactive seeds of good sealing, smooth surface without burr.
