摘要
目的探索基因JAZF1的rs864745与CDC123/CAMK1D的rs12779790与中国汉族妇女妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的关系。方法检测GDM孕产妇144例和非GDM孕产妇145例rs864745和rs12779790的单核苷酸多态性(SNPs),对等位基因在两组间频率分布进行统计学处理。结果两组之间基因型频率和等位基因频率分布无差别,P>0.05,但中国人与国外报道的rs864745的基因型频率和等位基因频率不相同。结论未发现rs864745和rs12779790与中国人群的GDM发病相关联。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the rs12779790 of gene JAZF1,CDC123/CAMK1 D and china gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM). Methods The single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)of rs864745 and rs12779790 of 144 pregnant women with GDM and 145 pregnant women without GDM were detected,and the frequency distribution of alleles between the two groups were analyzed. Results The distribution of genotypic frequencies and allele frequencies of two groups had no significant differences,all P〉0.05,while the rs864745 genotypic frequencies and allele frequencies of chinese reports and foreign reports had differences. Conclusion The pathogenesis of china GDM were not found association to the rs864745 and rs12779790.
