小柳原田综合征诊疗分析

摘要 目的 临床分析小柳原田综合征的诊断及治疗。方法 采用回顾性方法分析,选取我院自2013年9月-2015年8月前收治的43例小柳原田综合征患者的临床资料作为本次研究对象,采用荧光素眼底血管造影(fundusfluoresceinangiography,FFA)及实验室检查,所有患者给予对应药物治疗。结果 43例患者中确诊42例(97.67%),误诊1例(2.33%);治疗后,患者视力得到有效改善,0.05-0.2占4.65%,0.3-0.5占11.63%,0.6-0.9占34.88%,≥1.0占48.84%。结论 荧光素眼底血管造影可提高小柳原田综合征的临床诊断效果,给予及时对症治疗,可提高患者视力,减少复发。 Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of vogt-koyanagi-harada syndrome. Methods The clinical data of 43 cases treated from September 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,the clinical data of patients with vogt-koyanagi-harada syndrome were treated and had FFA and laboratory examination. Results 42 cases(97.67%)were diagnosed in 43 cases,1 cases were misdiagnosed(2.33%),the visual acuity was improved,0.05 - 0.2 accounted for 11.63%,0.3 - 0.5 accounted for 4.65%,0.6 - 0.9 accounted for 34.88%,more than 1 accounted for 48.84%. Conclusion Fundus fluorescein angiography can improve the clinical diagnosis effect of vogt-koyanagi-harada syndrome,and give timely symptomatic treatment,can improve the patient's vision and reduce the recurrence.
