探讨腹腔镜上消化道穿孔修补术的效果

Discussion the Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery in Upper Digestive Tract Perforation

目的探讨腹腔镜上消化道穿孔修补术的临床效果。方法 64例上消化道穿孔患者按手术方法的不同分为两组,行传统开腹手术治疗的为对照组,行腹腔镜上消化道穿孔修补术治疗的为观察组,比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后并发症等情况。结果观察组的术中出血量、住院时间、术后并发症等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),两组手术时间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜上消化道穿孔修补术有很好的临床效果,是治疗上消化道穿孔的一种有效方法。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in upper digestive tract perforation. Methods 64 patients with upper digestive tract perforation were divided into two groups according to the operation method,control group was treated with conventional open surgery,observation group with laparoscopic. The operation time,bleeding volume,hospitalization time and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The amount of bleeding,hospitalization time and postoperative complications of observation group were superior to the control group（P〈0.05）,there was no statistical significance in the operation time of the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic repair of upper digestive tract perforation has a good clinical effect. It is an effective method for treating upper digestive tract perforation.
