口腔癌患者的手术治疗体会

Surgical Treatment Experience on Patients With Oral Carcinoma

目的 对口腔癌患者的手术方法和效果进行分析研究,并总结治疗体会。方法 选取于2013年2月-2015年4月经临床确诊并且在我院接受手术治疗的口腔癌患者61例,对以上患者的临床资料和手术资料进行回顾性分析。结果 手术过程均较为顺利,手术时间3.8-6.8 h,平均时间（4.34±1.04）h,术中失血量：320-510 ml,平均（385.74±64.57）ml;所有患者的皮瓣均全部成活,没有出现感染和坏死的情况,并且所有患者的手术创面均恢复良好,复发率为4.9%。结论 联合根治术应用于口腔癌患者中的效果十分显著,术后口腔功能以及外形恢复情况均较为满意,复发率低。

Objective To analysis the surgical treatment method and its effect on patients with oral carcinoma,and then summarize its treatment experience. Methods Make a review on patients＇ clinical surgery treatment data selected from 61 patients with oral carcinoma who were clinical diagnosed and treated in hospital from February 2013 to April 2015. Results Surgical treatment achieved favorable result,the operation time was ranging from 3.8 h to 6.8 h,and it was（4.34±1.04）h on average,besides,patients＇ operation hemorrhage was from 320 ml to 510 ml,and it was（385.74±64.57）ml on average,all patients＇ skin flap were survived without infection or necrosis condition and all patients＇ surgical wound were recovered,the illness reoccurrence incidence was 4.9%. Conclusion Combination radical operation is effective in treatment of patients with oral carcinoma,it is conducive to recovery of patients＇ oral function and its appearance with low reoccurrence incidence.
