摘要
目的 探讨肝硬化腹水的临床治疗体会。方法 回顾性分析我院2014年6月-2015年2月收治的肝硬化患者58例,平均年龄（46±2）岁,对其临床资料进行总结分析。结果 58例患者中显效42例,有效14例,无效2例。结论 对肝硬化腹水患者进行内科治疗,疗效好,见效快。
Objective To investigate the clinical experience in the treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites. Methods A retrospective analysis of patients with liver cirrhosis in our hospital from June 2014 to February 2015 were treated 58 cases,mean age（46±2）years,clinical data were analyzed. Results 58 patients cured 42 cases,effective in 14 cases,2 cases. Conclusion The medical treatment has effective in patients with liver cirrhosis ascites.
