摘要
供电企业的服务是企业为了满足客户需求而形成的一种劳务形式,其服务的对象是以客户为核心,因此,供电企业在构建服务质量评价体系时,就应该把客户需求作为评价的依据,并通过改变落后的服务方式,帮助企业树立良好的品牌形象。
The power supply enterprise service is a labor service of business in order to meet customer demand, it takes customers as the service core. Therefore, when power companies are building a service quality evaluation system, they should put the customer demand as the evaluation basis, and help enterprises establish a good brand image by changing the backward service mode.
