探讨糖尿病及糖尿病合并高血压对动脉僵硬度的影响

摘要 目的 探讨糖尿病及糖尿病合并高血压对动脉僵硬度的影响。方法 随机选取我院2013年10月-2014年10月收治的120例患者,平均分为3组。其中40例为单纯糖尿病患者,即为Ⅰ组,40例为单纯高血压患者,即为Ⅱ组;40例为糖尿病合并高血压患者,即为Ⅲ组。对比3组患者的臂-踝脉搏波速度。结果 Ⅰ、Ⅱ组的臂-踝脉搏波速度均小于Ⅲ组,对比具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 要严格控制患者的血压及血糖,同时对患者的体重在指数、总胆固醇等指数也要进行干预,从而有效的降低对动脉僵硬度的影响。 Objective To investigate the influence of diabetes and diabetic patients with hypertension on arterial stiffness. Methods We randomly selected 120 patients were divided into 3 groups from October 2013 to October 2014. Group Ⅰ had 40 cases of patients with diabetes alone,40 cases of patients with uncomplicated hypertension was Ⅱ group,40 cases of hypertension in patients with diabetes was Ⅲ group,3 groups of patients arm-ankle pulse wave velocity were compared. Results Ⅰ、Ⅱ group arm-ankle pulse wave velocity was less than Ⅲ group,it had a statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion To strictly control blood pressure and blood sugar,while the patient's weight should intervene index,total cholesterol index,which effectively reduce the impact on arterial stiffness.
