摘要
经济全球化的不断深入使国际交往中对英语人才有了更高的要求，同时我国教育改革也对大学英语教学提出了新的要求，针对大学英语跨文化交际能力培养体系进行相应的分析和研究，进而不断培养学生的英语交际能力，打造出高素质的跨文化英语人才。
The deepening economic globalization makes international contacts have higher requirements for English Majors, while China＇s education reform also put forward new requirements for college English teaching, appropriate analysis of intercultural communication competence training system of college English, and then continue to develop students＇ English communication ability and create a high-quality cross-cultural English talent.
