对比分析胃大部分切除术与单纯修补术治疗急性胃穿孔的疗效

Comparative Analysis of the Efficacy of Subtotal Resection and Simple Repair in the Treatment of Acute Gastric Perforation

目的 对比分析胃大部分切除术与单纯修补术治疗急性胃穿孔的疗效。方法 将我院86例急性胃穿孔患者随机分为两组,对照组实施单纯修补术,观察组实施胃大部分切除术。结果 观察组治疗总有效率是93.02%,对照组治疗总有效率是76.74%,观察组疗效要优于对照组（χ^2=4.441,P=0.035）。结论 胃大部分切除术治疗急性胃穿孔患者疗效要优于单纯修补术。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of subtotal resection and simple repair in the treatment of acute gastric perforation. Methods 86 cases of acute gastric perforation patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received a simple repair,the observation group implemented the majority of the stomach resection. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%,the total effective rate of the control group was 76.74%,the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P=0.035,χ^2=4.441）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of subtotal gastric resection is better than that of simple repair in the treatment of acute gastric perforation.
