系统健康教育对传染病患者疾病认知及遵医行为的影响

Influences of Systemic Health Education on Disease Awareness and Compliance Behavior of Patients With Infectious

目的 分析系统健康教育对传染病患者疾病认知及遵医行为的影响。方法 将2012年2月-2015年3月收治于我院的传染病患者102例为研究对象,采用电脑数字随机分组方式将其均分成观察组51例以及对照组51例。其中对照组患者采用常规教育干预;观察组患者在对照组基础上采用系统健康教育。对两组患者的认知率以及遵医行为等情况进行比较分析。结果 在采取不同的干预模式后,观察组患者的疾病认知率高达96.08%（49/51）,遵医行为92.16%（47/51）;对照组患者的疾病认知率为72.55%（37/51）,遵医行为78.43%（40/51）;两组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 系统健康教育能够提升传染病患者的认知及遵医行为。

Objective To analyze the influences of systemic health education on the disease awareness and compliance behavior of patients with infections. Methods 102 cases of patients with infections in our hospital from February 2012 to March 2015 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group 51 cases and control group 51 cases according to the computer number random method. The control group were given conventional education intervention,and the observation group were added systemic health education on that basis. The awareness and compliance behavior in these two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After different intervention modes,the disease awareness rate in the observation group reached 96.08%（49/51）,compliance behavior 92.16%（47/51）,and in the control group,the disease awareness rate was 72.55%（37/51）,compliance behavior 78.43%（40/51）,with significant differences between groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The systemic health education can improve the disease awareness and compliance behavior for the patients with infections.
