盐酸氨溴索治疗老年肺炎的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Tablets in Senile Pneumonia Treatment

目的 分析盐酸氨溴索治疗老年肺炎的临床效果。方法 搜集2014年8月-2015年8月在我院接受治疗的老年肺炎患者78例,以随机抽签的方式将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各39例患者。给予实验组患者采用盐酸氨溴索进行治疗,给予对照组患者采用常规方法进行治疗,观察并比较实验组和对照组患者的治疗效果。结果 实验组患者体温恢复时间、咳嗽消失时间短于对照组,治疗有效率高于对照组,且两组相比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.5）。结论 盐酸氨溴索对于治疗老年肺炎具有临床效果,能够有效改善患者的临床症状。

Objective To analysis the clinical treatment of ambroxol hydrochloride tablets in senile pneumonia treatment. Methods We divided the 78 cases into two groups（the experimental group and the control group）. The experimental group adopted the ambroxol hydrochloride tablets,and the control group adopted normal treatment,to compare the differences between the groups,all the patients were collected from August 2014 to August 2015. Results The times both on body temperature recovery and cough disappeared in experimental group were shorter than these in control group,it was in a high treatment efficiency and obvious difference and the statistically was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The hydrochloric acid ammonia bromine has significant clinical effect in senile pneumonia treatment,it can effectively improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms.
