摘要
绩效管理与薪酬是当前我国人力资源管理中非常重要的组成部分,也是实现企业人力资源有效发展的保证,应根据绩效管理信息系统与实行的薪酬管理标准来分析供电企业绩效管理与薪酬方案的设计原则。只有供电企业的工作人员都实行绩效管理,才能够进一步提高供电企业的社会效益和经济效益。
The performance management and compensation is very important part in the current human resource management in China, and also the guarantee of effective corporate human resources development which should be based on performance management and compensation management information system and the implementation of the standard of power supply enterprise performance management to analyze design principles of compensation programs. Only by all staff have implemented of performance management, will there be further improvement to the power supply enterprise with social and economic benefits.
